- Management Identity (KTP for Indonesian citizens, Passport for foreigners)

- NPWP of business entities;

- Deed of establishment/first articles of association;

- The latest deed of establishment / articles of association (if there is a change in the deed)

5. Wait for an email from OJK containing 'Proof of Online SLIK Queue Registration'

6. Wait for OJK to verify your data. If the data is verified,

You will receive an email from OJK containing information on the results of the verification

SLIK Online queue no later than H-2 from the queue date

7. If the data and documents you submitted have met the requirements (valid), follow the instructions in the email, namely:

- Print (print) the form on the email to complete the data and provide 3x signatures

- Photo/scan the signed form and send it to the WhatsApp number listed in the email along with a selfie photo by showing your ID card

- OJK will carry out further verification via WhatsApp and make video calls if needed.

8. Specifically for Requests for Information on Individual Debtors represented by heirs, there are additional documents that must be provided at the time of verification via Qhatsapp, namely original photos/scans:

- Death Certificate/Deed

- Deed / Certificate of Heirs

9. If your data passes WhatsApp verification, OJK will send the SLIK iDeb results along with how to read iDeb via email.
