Want To Know How To View BI Checking Or SLIK Online Through The OJK Website? Here's How

JAKARTA - BI Checking/SID related services have been switched from Bank Indonesia to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) under the name Financial Information Service System (SLIK). For that, immediately login to the ojk.go.id site.

Through SLIK, debtors can request SLIK debtor information online. Debtors can access services on the official OJK website, namely consumer.ojk.go.id/minisitionedplk/registrasi.

After getting the approval sent via email, the debtor can contact the OJK-SLIK WhatsApp number listed in the email for data verification. After the verification process, SLIK debtor information will be submitted via email.

The online Debtor Information Service (iDeb) cannot serve authorized requests. Consumers can make iDeb requests independently without authorization.

Here are the steps to check BI Checking and fill out the SLIK as quoted by the official OJK statement:

1. Go to the site https://konsumen.ojk.go.id/minisitedplk/registrasi.

2. Select the type of debtor information and queue date.

- The OJK Office is filled with the OJK Head Office (Jakarta). Service date is the date that SLIK's debtor information (iDeb) will be emailed.

- If the quota on the nearest service date runs out, select the date and time that is still available then click "continue"

3. Fill in all requested data completely and correctly.

4. Upload a photo/scan of the original required documents, including:

a. Individual Debtor : KTP for Indonesian citizens, a. Passport for foreigners

b. Business Entity Debtors:

- Management Identity (KTP for Indonesian citizens, Passport for foreigners)

- NPWP of business entities;

- Deed of establishment/first articles of association;

- The latest deed of establishment / articles of association (if there is a change in the deed)

5. Wait for an email from OJK containing 'Proof of Online SLIK Queue Registration'

6. Wait for OJK to verify your data. If the data is verified,

You will receive an email from OJK containing information on the results of the verification

SLIK Online queue no later than H-2 from the queue date

7. If the data and documents you submitted have met the requirements (valid), follow the instructions in the email, namely:

- Print (print) the form on the email to complete the data and provide 3x signatures

- Photo/scan the signed form and send it to the WhatsApp number listed in the email along with a selfie photo by showing your ID card

- OJK will carry out further verification via WhatsApp and make video calls if needed.

8. Specifically for Requests for Information on Individual Debtors represented by heirs, there are additional documents that must be provided at the time of verification via Qhatsapp, namely original photos/scans:

- Death Certificate/Deed

- Deed / Certificate of Heirs

9. If your data passes WhatsApp verification, OJK will send the SLIK iDeb results along with how to read iDeb via email.
