PT Pelindo Subhoding Synergy Supports Port Services, Here's How

MAKASSAR - Subholding PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo - Persero) namely PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (PJM) and PT Pelindo Multi Terminal (PTM) are synergizing and working together to support port services.

President Director of PT PJM Prasetyadi in Makassar, Tuesday said, the signing of the memorandum of understanding of cooperation has been carried out with the President Director of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, Drajat Sulistyo in Semarang.

According to him, the synergy carried out by his party with PT PMT is for the implementation of cooperation in the field of port services and other fields. "We hope that this collaboration can be beneficial for both companies, and can provide more added value for PT Pelabuhan Indonesia as a holding company," said Prasetyadi as reported by Antara.

Furthermore, he said, the teams from the two PT Pelindo subholdings will map the potential market for the two companies' businesses, as well as conduct a feasibility study and prepare a schedule for the preparation for the implementation of the cooperation. "Hopefully in the near future everything can be resolved, so that this cooperation can be carried out as quickly as possible," said Prasetyadi.

Meanwhile, Utu, President Director of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, Drajat Sulistyo, said that efforts to support each other under the banner of state-owned companies became a priority after Pelindo was integrated.
