Surabaya-Gresik Toll Tariff Increases As Of January 3, 2022, Here Are The Details

SURABAYA - The 20.73 km Surabaya-Gresik, East Java toll road fare which is managed by PT Margabumi Matraraya will increase as of January 3, 2022, as a form of certainty of investment returns.

Public Relations Officer of PT Margabumi Matraraya, Andjar Hari Sutoto, detailed that the tariff increase for each destination was different, ranging from Rp. 1,000 to Rp. 5,000.

As for class I vehicles with the origin of Dupak heading to Tandes, initially Rp3,000 will be Rp4,000, then class II with the same route initially Rp7,500 will be Rp9,500.

Next, for the fare from Manyar to Dupak, initially Rp. 17,000 will be Rp. 22,500 for class I, while for class V vehicles, initially Rp. 34,000 will be Rp. 44,500.

Andjar said the adjustment was made in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) No. 1539/KPTS/M/2021 dated December 20, 2021 concerning Adjustment of Toll Tariffs on the Surabaya-Gresik Toll Road.

"Adjustments to toll rates are carried out every two years. This is regulated by Law (UU) Number 38 of 2004 concerning Roads and Presidential Regulation (PP) Number 17 of 2021 concerning the fourth amendment to PP No. 15 of 2005," Andjar was quoted as saying. Between, Wednesday, December 29.
