JAKARTA - To strengthen the collaboration of BUMD, Bank DKI together with Pembangunan Jaya Ancol (PJA) signed a Business Collaboration Cooperation which was held at Candi Bentar Ancol, Jakarta, Monday 20 December. The signing of the cooperation includes credit disbursement of Rp1.24 trillion in stages and collaboration in digital marketing services.

The signing of the credit agreement was signed by the President Director of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, Teuku Sahir Syahali, and the Director of Finance of Bank DKI, Romy Wijayanto. Meanwhile, the signing of the memorandum of understanding for digital marketing services was carried out by the Director of Jaya Ancol Development, Febrina Intan with the Director of UMK Credit and Sharia Business of Bank DKI, Babay Parid Wazdi. The signing was witnessed by the President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, President Commissioner of PJA, Thomas Lembong, and Head of Transportation, Property, and Finance Business Division of BP BUMD DKI Jakarta, Pujiono.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy explained that the credit distribution consisted of a working capital loan of Rp389 billion for Ancol's operational activities, which had resumed its business activities in line with the relaxation of social restrictions in DKI Jakarta, and credit of Rp516 billion for refinancing PUB II Bonds Ancol Phase II.

In the future, Bank DKI will disburse loans of Rp334 billion to finance routine investments, maintenance, and development of the assets of Pembangunan Jaya Ancol, which has started to resume its business activities in line with the relaxation of social restrictions in DKI Jakarta.
