Good News From Indosat, They Will Get IDR 9.5 Trillion Dividend, Check Out The Schedule

JAKARTA - PT Indosat Tbk (ISAT) alias Indosat Ooredoo will distribute dividends with a total value of IDR 9.5 trillion or IDR 1.748.27 per share. The dividends to be distributed are in two forms.

First, the annual dividend of IDR 4.5 trillion or IDR 828.13 per share sourced from retained earnings as of December 31, 2021. The decision to distribute dividends was taken in the decision of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held virtually, Friday, November 26.

Second, the interim dividend based on the financial performance of nine months in 2021 is IDR 4.99 trillion or IDR 920.14 per share. This dividend distribution is based on the decision of the ISAT board of directors which has been approved by the board of commissioners on November 24, 2021.

This interim dividend payout ratio is 86 percent of ISAT's net profit as of the third quarter of 2021 which reached IDR 5.8 trillion. ISAT managed to turn things around from a net loss of IDR 457.5 billion as of the third quarter of 2020, mainly thanks to the net profit from selling and leasing towers.

President Director of Indosat Ooredoo Ahmad Al-Neama said, "Indosat Ooredoo has succeeded in maintaining its growth momentum and producing excellent financial performance through the disciplined execution of its transformation strategy. In the first nine months of 2021, Indosat Ooredoo's total revenue increased 12 percent on an annual basis to IDR 23 trillion.

- Cum dividend in regular market and negotiated market: December 6, 2021

- Ex dividend in regular market and negotiating market: December 7, 2021

- Cum dividend in cash market: December 8, 2021

- Ex dividend in cash market: December 9, 2021

- Listed date entitled to interim dividends (list of shareholders): December 8, 2021

- Dividend payment: December 16, 2021
