JAKARTA The implementation of changes in school hours from 07.00 WITA to 05.00 WITA in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) has drawn polemics. Sociologist from the University of Indonesia, Yosef Hilarius Timu Pera, believes that this change will certainly have an impact on other behaviors.
