There Are Only 2 Active Cases Of COVID-19 In Kuningan, The Lowest Compared To Other Districts In Ciayumajakuning

KUNINGAN - The COVID-19 Handling Task Force, Kuningan Regency, West Java, stated that there were only two active confirmed cases of COVID-19 in the area.

"Two people are still undergoing isolation due to exposure to COVID-19," quoted data from the Kuningan Regency COVID-19 Task Force, Antara, Tuesday, October 26.

The trend of active COVID-19 cases in Kuningan Regency continues to show a decline. On October 10, for example, there were 15 cases until today there are only two patients.

Meanwhile, for the total number of confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 from the start of the pandemic, there were 13,721 people. Of that number 13,013 people were declared cured.

"Meanwhile, 706 people died after being exposed to COVID-19 since the beginning of the pandemic in the area," the data said.

With only two active cases, currently Kuningan is the lowest district compared to other regions. The Ciayumajakuning area consists of Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, and Kuningan regencies/cities.

For active cases in Cirebon Regency, the latest data shows 17 people are still undergoing isolation, both in hospitals and their respective homes.

Then in Cirebon City, three active cases were recorded. Meanwhile, in Indramayu Regency, nine people are still self-isolating.

While the most active cases are in Majalengka Regency, with 28 cases, of which 15 people are self-isolating, while the remaining 13 are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
