JAKARTA - President Prabowo Subianto has signed Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 38 of 2026 concerning the Development of National Entrepreneurship. The regulation was issued to encourage entrepreneurial growth while accelerating the increase in the entrepreneurial ratio in Indonesia.
The Presidential Decree on National Entrepreneurship Development which was signed by President Prabowo on July 2, 2026 also regulates the establishment of the National Entrepreneurship Development Committee.
