Teddy also explained that the number of members of the entourage who departed on the President's overseas trip had also decreased from the previous period.

"So, in the past, it was more than 120 people to go abroad. That was the era of Mr. Dino. Well, in the era of President Prabowo, the number is between 50 to 60 people at most," he said.

The Secretary of State also explained that the visit of the Head of State was carried out, among other things, to build close relations between world leaders and their respective countries.

This is important considering the current global dynamics, ranging from the conflict in Ukraine to the crisis in the Middle East.

Some of the benefits Indonesia gets from good relations include maintaining fuel oil (BBM) stocks, not raising the price of subsidized fuel, and food security.

He also highlighted the implementation of the Indonesia-European Union Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA) which is targeted to take effect in 2027, which will impose zero percent tariffs on Indonesia's main commodities.
