JAKARTA - The Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has opened registration with a choice of 24 vocations prepared according to the needs of the labor and industry in the National Vocational Training Program Phase 2.

Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Yassierli said this was in line with the goal of the National Vocational Training program, which is one of the strategic steps to accelerate the readiness of the community through practice-based learning.

"This vocational training is a fast track for people to be immediately ready for work. With a relatively short time, participants not only get theoretical learning, but also practical skills that are really needed in the field," said Minister of Home Affairs Yassierli in a statement received in Jakarta, Sunday.

The available vocations include Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Manufacturing, Electronics, Welding, Electricity, Automotive, Refrigeration, Construction, Creative Industries, Fashion Technology, Business and Management, Beauty Management, and Language.

Furthermore, other vocations available are Tourism, Agriculture, Fisheries, Livestock, Forestry, Mining, Agricultural Mechanization, Agroindustrial Processing Technology, Social and Community Services, Training Technology, and Productivity.

The Minister of Home Affairs Yassierli said that the implementation of the National Vocational Training Program Phase 2 is also aimed at expanding access to training evenly for people in various regions in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, registration for the National Vocational Training Phase 2 is still open until June 9, 2026.

To maintain the quality of graduates, each training program is supported by adequate facilities and directly guided by competent instructors according to their respective fields.

Participants who pass will also receive a Training Certificate and a Competency Certificate from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).
