NORTH HALMAHERA - PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals or NHM distributed 66 sacrificial cows to the community in the Gosowong Gold Mine circle area, North Halmahera, ahead of Iduladha 1447 H.
The assistance through the NHM Peduli Foundation was distributed in stages on May 23-26, 2026 in five sub-districts, namely Kao, West Kao, North Kao, Kao Teluk, and Malifut.

The head of Bobaneigo Village, Kao Teluk District, Haji Ayub Musa, expressed his appreciation for the assistance.

Appreciation was also conveyed by the Margomulyo Village Sacrifice Committee, West Kao District, Asrofi. He said that NHM assistance brought happiness to the residents and the At-Taqwa Mosque's extended family.
Head of the NHM Peduli Division, M. Irwan Malaka, said the distribution of sacrificial animals went smoothly and received a positive response from the community.
"This initiative is part of NHM's social commitment to continue to be present and share with the mining community," said Irwan.
