May Day 2026 Held Conducive, Commission III DPR Values the Professional and Humanistic Performance of the National Police

Member of Commission III of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Habib Aboe Bakar Alhabsyi, appreciates the security of the International Labor Day (May Day) which took place on May 1, 2026. According to him, the Indonesian National Police has worked professionally so that the situation remains safe, orderly, and conducive in various regions of Indonesia.

Aboe also assessed that the success was inseparable from the readiness of the authorities, mature coordination, and the humanistic approach applied in the field. With this approach, said Aboe, workers can convey their aspirations safely without significant interference.

"Thanks to the readiness and humanistic approach of the police, the delivery of the aspirations of the workers can be carried out safely, orderly, and conducive," Aboe told reporters, Saturday, May 2.The former Deputy Chairman of the House of Representatives (MKD) of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia also assessed that the National Police had ensured that all series of actions had optimal escort, so that it continued to run in an orderly and dignified manner. In this May Day momentum, according to Aboe, the police also prioritize respect for human rights in every security.

The PKS legislator from the South Kalimantan I Dapil expressed his gratitude for the role of the National Police in maintaining the national stability cool and under control amid the potential vulnerability during Labor Day celebrations.
