Middle-aged woman dies after being hit by a wall nailed inside a house without clothes

JAKARTA - A middle-aged woman with the initials HP (55) was found brutally dead inside her house on Jalan Perjuangan, RT 01/07, South Tugu Village, Koja District, North Jakarta, Tuesday, April 21, 2026.

The victim was found dead in a prone position and half naked after being hit by a collapsed wall at his house. The victim was listed as a resident of Jalan Mahoni, Lagoa, Koja District.

"The victim was hit by the wall of the bathroom and room. The victim was lying on his stomach hit by the wall," said the head of the Koja Police, Kompol Andri Suharto when confirmed.

The incident was first known by a witness, a girl with the initials A (5).

A as a neighbor of the victim heard a loud sound of falling objects then A ran to see the victim had been hit by a retaining wall.

Then A ran to ask for help to his mother's witness with the initials Y. Y then ran to the victim's apartment with IF.

They saw the victim lying on his stomach against the wall. Witness IF then called another witness with the initials IH to lift the victim.

Because there were not many people, IH finally called his other neighbors to help lift. But the victim had died.

"The results of the initial examination from the identification of the Koja Police and the South Tugu Health Center, no signs of violence were found but there were puncture wounds from nails due to the collapse of the wall," he said.

The Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police has carried out crime scene investigation and conducted witness examinations.

The victim's body was then taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital using a black stretcher car for further investigation.
