Kudus Regent: ASN WFH Must Share Location

KUDUS - Kudus Regent Sam'ani Intakorismenyatakan pemkab siap menerapkan kebijakan bekerja dari rumah (work from home/WFH) bagi aparatur sipil negara setiap Jumat dan mewajibkan ASNmembagi lokasi ataushare locationsaat WFH.

"We remind WFH not to be considered a holiday because it will be monitored through location sharing. The superiors in each regional device organization (OPD) are also required to monitor their subordinates through location sharing, including their performance," said Regent Sam'ani Intakoris in Kudus, Thursday, April 2, reported by ANTARA.

He reminded ASN who were undergoing WFH when they got a task also had to be completed.

Even though WFH will actually be implemented, he said, it must not reduce the quality of service to the community, especially health, population administration, licensing, and education.

The implementation of WFH will be evaluated, especially related to the indicators of the use of fuel oil (BBM) and LPG in Kudus Regency.

"Later, the savings in consumption in Kudus Regency in the use of LPG will be calculated. After there is WFH, it must have an impact, it can save between 20-25 percent because previously the savings were cut by 50 percent," he said.

Head of the Human Resources Development and Management Agency (BKPSDM) of Kudus Regency, Tulus Triyatmika, added that public services should not be WFH, such as the Population and Civil Registry Service, Health Service, Investment and One-Stop Service Service of Kudus Regency, and the Education Service, including health centers and Regional General Hospitals (RSUD).

"So teachers still have to enter because teaching and learning activities still run normally," he said.
