"Evacuation does not always have to bring Indonesian citizens back to Indonesia. They can be temporarily moved to neighboring countries that are relatively safe from conflicts. We also have to understand that not all Indonesian citizens want to immediately return to Indonesia," he explained.
He assessed that the land route could be the most realistic option for the evacuation process, given the potentially unstable air space in the midst of the military conflict. According to him, the closest is the land route to Azerbaijan, then only through the air route.
