The Tual Police investigators accelerated the criminal process by handing over the Phase I Case File (Rantap I) to the investigating prosecutor at the Tual District Attorney's Office.
The case file number BP/6/II/2026/Reskrim was submitted on behalf of the suspect Mesias Victoria Siahaya alias Messi, who is suspected of committing a violent crime against minors that resulted in the victim's death.
Rositah emphasized that the acceleration of the submission of the stage I file was a form of the commitment of the National Police in ensuring legal certainty and the seriousness of the Maluku Regional Police in handling the case.
"Maluku Police ensures that the handling of this case of violence against children is carried out professionally, transparently, and accountable. The submission of the first phase of the file to the prosecutor's office shows that the investigation process is in accordance with legal procedures and we will continue to monitor it until it is completed," he said.
