Rare Opportunity: Tangerang High School-Vocational School Graduates Can Be Trainees and Certified BNSP

Tangerang - The Tangerang City Manpower Service, Banten, opened registration for the On The Job Training (OJT) program or internship at the AEON Alam Sutera shopping center for 30 working days.

Participants in the program will receive transportation money and certification facilities from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP).

Head of the Tangerang City Job Training Center (BLK) Yasin Surya said that the program provided a quota for 48 participants and could be followed for free by residents of Tangerang City.

Registration for the AEON Alam Sutera OJT is open until the end of February 2026 and can be accessed via social media Instagram @blk_kotatangerang and @disnaker_kotatangerang.

According to Yasin, this OJT program is designed to provide young job seekers with direct work experience so that they have stronger competitiveness when entering the workforce.

"This opportunity is very valuable to hone the experience as a competitive force in the world of work that is dreamed of," Yasin said in a statement received in Tangerang, Antara, Thursday, February 19.

The opportunity to intern at a large company is an important resource in honing skills and work ethics.

The AEON Alam Sutera OJT program is intended for graduates of high schools (SMA) and vocational schools (SMK). Yasin also urged job seekers to immediately take advantage of this opportunity as a first step to achieve a career in the formal sector.

Previously, the Tangerang City Manpower Service also facilitated the recruitment of labor through BPR Hariarta Sedana. In the process, nine candidates took part in the selection stage, and the participants who were declared successful will be immediately placed in strategic positions in the Tangerang City operational area.

Head of the Tangerang City Manpower Service, Ujang Hendra Gunawan, said that the recruitment facilitation was a form of a pick-up service to speed up the meeting between labor needs and the availability of local human resources. He added, cross-sector collaboration continues to be encouraged so that Tangerang City residents can work and work in their own area, so that unemployment rates can be suppressed while improving the economic welfare of the community.
