Lost Control, Minibus Ringsek Hit Road Divider in West Jakarta

JAKARTA - A minibus with the police number B-2791-SRQ driven by a man named Daniel Gunawan, hit the divider of Jalan Pangeran Tubagus Angke, West Jakarta (Jakbar), Sunday, February 8 morning, allegedly due to losing control of the vehicle.

"The location is near Jalan Layang Tubagus Angke," said Head of the Legal Enforcement Unit (Kanit Gakkum) of the West Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Joko Siswanto when confirmed in Jakarta, quoted by Antara on Sunday morning.

It was explained that the collision was around 04.00 WIB, after the car drove from east to west on Jalan Pangeran Tubagus Angke.

"When he arrived near Layang Angke, Tambora, West Jakarta, the driver could not control the speed of the vehicle so that he hit the road divider," said Joko.

The car overturned and was severely damaged in the front and the victim survived.

Separately, a video on social media recorded the victim's car being towed by a crane belonging to the Transportation Service.

The traffic situation did not seem to be jammed because the traffic was still quiet when the collision incident occurred.
