JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court rejected all the lawsuits filed by Ali Wongso against the Central National Leadership Council of the Indonesian Independent Workers Organization (DEPINAS SOKSI) which was headed by Mukhamad Misbakhun. The lawsuit was registered with number 439/Pdt.G/2025/PN Jkt.Sel.
In the ruling read out in an open hearing on Thursday, February 5, the panel of judges stated that the plaintiff was unable to prove the grounds of his lawsuit.
