So Attention, President Prabowo Subianto's Black Peci Group Arrives at Lancaster House

LONDON - The presence of President Prabowo Subianto and his entourage at Lancaster House became a matter of concern, Tuesday, January 20 afternoon local time.

This is because President Prabowo Subianto appeared with a typical black cap of Nusantara, a symbol of the pride of the Indonesian people, which was combined with a gray suit. President Prabowo was greeted directly by the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Lammy, who also wore a similar colored suit.

The black turban worn by President Prabowo again emphasizes Indonesia's identity as well as a symbol of diplomacy in various official international forums.

During the visit, President Prabowo was accompanied by Coordinating Minister for the Economy Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Investment and Industrialization/Head of BKPM Rosan Roeslani, Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto, Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Sakti Wahyu Trenggono, Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, and Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the United Kingdom, Desra Percaya.

President Prabowo attended a business and investment forum which was followed by a lunch hosted by the Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, David Lammy. President Prabowo's presence in the agenda confirms Indonesia's commitment to strengthening strategic economic and investment cooperation with the UK.

The business forum was opened with an introduction session for British business actors facilitated by the British Chamber of Commerce (BritCham). Furthermore, an introduction was made to the Indonesian business actors delegation led by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

Closing the series of activities at Lancaster House, Deputy Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Lammy and President Prabowo Subianto took a photo session with delegates and guests at the Grand Staircase, Lancaster House.
