The Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Prasetyo Hadi said that the 28 companies consisted of 22 holders of the Forest Utilization Agreement (PBPH) for Natural Forests and Plantation Forests, as well as six companies in the mining, plantation, and utilization of wood forest products sectors.
"The 28 companies consist of 22 companies holding the Agreement to Use Forests, Natural Forests and Plant Forests with an area of 1,010,592 hectares and six companies in the fields of mining, plantations, and licensing for the utilization of wood forest products or PBPHHK," said Prasetyo at the Presidential Office, Jakarta, Tuesday, January 20.
Meanwhile, the names of 22 holding companies (PBPH), namely PT. Aceh Nusa Indrapuri, PT. Rimba Timur Sentosa and PT. Rimba Wawasan Permai which are in Aceh.
PT. Anugerah Rimba Makmur, PT. Barumun Raya Padang Langkat, PT. Gunung Raya Utama Timber, PT. Hutan Barumun Perkasa, PT. Multi Sibolga Timber, PT. Panei Lika Sejahtera, PT. Putra Lika Perkasa, PT. Sinar Belantara Indah, PT. Sumatera Riang Lestari, PT. Sumatera Sylva Lestari, PT. Tanaman Industri Lestari Simalungun, PT. Teluk Nauli, and PT. Toba Pulp Lestari Tbk which are located in North Sumatra.
Furthermore, companies in West Sumatra consist of PT. Minas Pagai Lumber, PT. Biomass Andalan Energi, PT. Bukit Raya Mudisa, PT. Dhara Silva Lestari, PT. Sukses Jaya Wood, and PT. Salaki Summa Sejahtera.
