BOGOR - The Bogor City DPRD will discuss three major regional regulations (Raperda) during the Second Session of the 2026 Session. This was conveyed by the Chairman of the Bogor City DPRD, Adityawarman Adil, when leading the Plenary Meeting of the Opening of the Second Session of the 2026 Session at the Bogor City DPRD Building, Monday, January 5.

On that occasion, Adityawarman explained the work plan of the DPRD which includes three main functions of the legislative institution, namely the legislative, budgetary, and oversight functions. For the legislative function, the Bogor City DPRD targets the discussion of three Raperda which have been included in the Regional Regulation Formation Program (Propemperda) 2026.
"In accordance with the DPRD Decree Number 100.3.2-22 of 2025 concerning the Regional Regulation Formation Program for 2026, in this Second Session, the DPRD will discuss three Raperda," he said.
The three Raperdas include the Raperda on the Establishment of the Bogor City Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD), the Raperda on the Amendment to Bogor City Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2018 concerning the Management of Regional Property, and the Raperda on the Amendment to Bogor City Regulation Number 15 of 2006 concerning the Housing.
In addition to discussing the Raperda, the Bogor City DPRD will also carry out a number of other legislative agendas during this session. These agendas include the preparation of draft Raperda of the DPRD initiative, discussion of the Raperda in accordance with the 2026 Propemperda, working meetings with working partners, and coordination and consultation with other related government and institutions.
