Bayu explained that the fire report was received by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Gulkarmat Service at 21.30 WIB, both from the public who came directly and through the 112 emergency service and the official DisGulkarmat number.
Following up on the report, eight fire trucks with a total of 32 personnel from the Central Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-Office were deployed to the scene.
"The fire was successfully extinguished and the operation was declared complete with a green status at around 22.00 WIB," he said.
He ensured that there were no casualties or injuries in the incident. The DKI Jakarta Gulkarmat also appealed to building managers and electronic advertising media to routinely inspect electrical installations to prevent similar incidents.
