Therefore, the defendant Dwi Prasetyo was sentenced to one year in prison plus a fine of Rp. 50 million, a substitute of three months in prison, and an additional criminal sentence of Rp. 300 million.
Furthermore, the defendant Yudha Putrado was sentenced to one year and two months in prison, a fine of Rp. 50 million, and an additional penalty of Rp. 33 million.
Meanwhile, the defendant Rheyco Victoria as the user of the budget was sentenced to one year and two months in prison with a fine of Rp. 50 million, plus three months in prison with a substitute fine of Rp. 150 million.
