3 NTB Provincial Government Asset Corruption Suspects In Gili Trawangan Immediately Tried

The case of alleged corruption in the use of assets of the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Provincial Government in the form of 65 hectares of land in the Gili Trawangan tourist area, North Lombok Regency, is being tried at the Mataram District Court (PN).

Spokesperson for the Mataram District Court Lalu Moh. Sandi Iramaya confirmed the registration of corruption cases that came from the NTB High Prosecutor's Office.

"Yes, that's right. It's already in. Three cases (suspects) from the NTB Prosecutor's Office," he said in Mataram, Friday, were confiscated by Antara.

However, the three cases that were only registered today, December 12, 2025, have not yet been determined by the panel of judges and the agenda of the inaugural trial.

"The assembly has not been appointed," he said.

According to the data released on the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page of the Mataram District Court, of these three cases, only one suspect named Alpin Agusti was registered with number: 58/Pid.Sus-TPK/2025/PN Mtr.

In the case registration, the Mataram District Court also included a list of public prosecutors with 11 people.

Then, for the cases of two other suspects, namely Ida Adnawati and Mawardi Khairi, the case registration has not yet appeared in the Mataram District Court Case Tracking Information System.

The head of the NTB Prosecutor's Office, Wahyudi, stated that the corruption case in the use of assets in Gili Trawangan had entered the stage of handing over the suspect and evidence from the prosecutor's investigator to the public prosecutor or stage two.

"It is stage two and preparations for delegation to court," said Wahyudi.

The three suspects in this case are a regional official and two other people from the private sector who control the land to build a business.

The three suspects are the Head of UPTD Gili Tramena of the NTB Tourism Office named Mawardi Khairi and Ida Adnawati, and Alpin Agusti comes from the private sector who builds businesses on the government's land.

To the suspects, investigators have made arrests by entrusting two of them at the Class II A Prison in West Lombok.

For female suspects, Ida Adnawati is listed as a convict in a drug case and is still serving a sentence at the Mataram Class III Prison.

In addition, investigators confirmed evidence of corruption in this case from the audit results of calculating state financial losses by public accountants with a value of Rp. 1.4 billion.
