7,885 Gas Stations And Hundreds Of Extra Services Alerted For Christmas And New Year 2025/2026

JAKARTA PT Pertamina (Persero) through the Pertamina Patra Niaga subholding ensures national energy readiness ahead of the 2025 Christmas and 2026 New Year holidays (Nataru). A total of 7,885 gas stations and thousands of additional energy services are prepared to ensure smooth community mobility.

Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Roberth Dumatubun, stated that the Nataru Task Force (Satgas) had been alerted from November 13, 2025 to January 11, 2026.

"In addition to safe stocks, additional services are also strengthened for the convenience of people's travel," said Roberth in his statement in Jakarta, Thursday (11/27/2025).

Overall, Pertamina optimizes a massive network of services. In addition to 7,885 gas stations, services were also strengthened by 6,777 Pertashop, 6,634 LPG agents as national service networks.

Especially for services during holidays, there are also 1,866 24-hour Alert Gas Stations, 6,231 Alert LPG agents operating around time and additional services and Suplai Pockets.

Pertamina also adds extra services on solid and tourist routes. This includes 56 points of fuel and Kiosk Pertamina Siaga, as well as Motoris BBM and Pertamina Delivery Service (PDS) LPG Bright Gas to reach settlements and tourist routes.

To anticipate congestion, 210 tankers were alerted as supply bags on the solid route.

In addition, for the convenience of travelers, MyPertamina Serambi Service has also been prepared at 34 rest areas and crowded centers, which provide rest facilities, nutrition, mini clinics, and children's play areas.

Projection Of Increase In Consumption

Roberth said that the supply of fuel was closely maintained through the optimization of refineries and measurable imports. Real-time monitoring is carried out in high mobility areas such as the Trans Java-Trans Sumatra Toll Road, Bandung, Jogja, Bali, to remote areas.

The projected peak community mobility is expected to occur on 24-25 December 2025, 31 December-1 January 2026, and backflow on 2-4 January 2026.

Energy consumption is predicted to increase significantly Gasoline (BBM gasoline) rose 2.3 percent, lpg rose 3.3 percent, avtur rose 2.4 percent and kerosene rose 6.2 percent.

Uniquely, gasoil consumption (BBM diesel) is projected to decrease by 2.8 percent as industrial activity decreases during long holidays.
