Zahid said the information technology (IT) sector is a strategic area owned by Pakistan and its country has great capacity and capability in technology development.
"The IT sector is another very important field, where Pakistan has adequate capacity and we want to work with our Indonesian friends to improve collaboration in the field of information technology," said Zahid at the Presidential Palace complex, Jakarta, Monday, November 17.

He hopes to accept more Indonesian students to study at the medical, technical, and information technology faculty in Pakistan.
"We look forward to accepting more Indonesian students to study in Pakistan, especially in our medical colleges, at our engineering universities, at our information technology universities, so we look forward to expanding cooperation in all areas of operation," he said.
