Today's search was carried out based on a letter of approval or determination of a search permit from the Medan District Court Number: 14/Pen.Pid.Sus.TPK-GLD/2025/PN.Mdn, which was then followed up with a Search Order for the Head of the North Sumatra Prosecutor's Office Number 16/L.2/Fd.2/11/2025 dated November 5, 2025.

"After this search, it is hoped that the evidence obtained can perfect the investigation process and make the handling of the case clearer," said Indra.

According to him, the case relates to alleged irregularities in the sale of aluminum by PT Inalum to PT PASU Tbk in 2019.
