Involved In Drug Cases, Lebak Police Members Disrespectfully Fired

Lebak Police Chief, Banten Police, AKBP Herfio Zaki imposed a Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH) sanction on a police officer, Aipda Saeful Hidayatullah, for being proven involved in narcotics trafficking and illegal drugs.

"Members are subject to PTDH through a decision on the police professional code of ethics trial," said AKBP Herfio Zaki in Lebak, Antara, Tuesday, November 11.

Aipda Saeful Hidayatullah is known to serve as Banit Turjawali Sat Samapta Lebak Police. The dismissal was determined based on the Decree of the Banten Police Chief Number: Kep/234/X/2025 dated 27 October 2025 concerning Disrespectful Dismissal from the State Police Service of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Lebak Police Chief emphasized that the PTDH decision was a form of firmness and commitment from the leadership of the National Police in maintaining the discipline and honor of the institution.

"This decision is not a form of hatred, but a consequence of violations that injure the honor and good name of the Police," he said.

He added that all members of the National Police must make this incident a valuable lesson in order to always maintain their behavior, discipline, and integrity as true Bhayangkara people.

"Every action has its responsibilities and consequences. Let's make this incident a reflection and introspection for all of us to continue to improve ourselves and strengthen our commitment to providing the best service to the community sincerely and sincerely," said Herfio.

The police chief emphasized that the Lebak Police will continue to be firm and consistent in enforcing the rules and taking action against every violation in order to create a Police with integrity, professionalism, and Precision.
