After opening and observing the job application file that Zidan brought in his brown envelope, Pramono also asked what Zidan was able to do in applying for a job this time. Zidan replied that he could operate a computer and graphic design.
Without thinking, Pramono submitted the application file for Zidan that he held to the Head of the DKI Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Agency (Disnakertransgi) Syaripudin for follow-up.
"So, the DKI Jakarta Government has conducted a job fair specifically for disabilities. And now, from the fair job held, there are already 150 people who can be recruited as workers in Jakarta, including Zidan," explained Pramono.
Pramono explained, through a job fair like this, the DKI Provincial Government wants to ensure that disability groups can gain equal access and opportunities in the world of work.
"What is like this is that we open a wide enough space so that there is no difference or discrimination, especially not only by City Hall, but also private companies. We will start it," he explained.
A few days after Zidan's application file was submitted by Pramono to his subordinates, Transjakarta announced that Zidan was now accepted as part of the internal communication team of the Human Resources Division (HR) of PT Transjakarta.
