The Regent of Ponorogo, Sugiri Sancoko who was caught in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK)'s Hand Catch Operation (OTT) arrived at the Jakarta Red and White Building on Saturday, November 8 morning. Of the 13 people arrested, seven of them have been brought to Jakarta.

The KPK also brought Sugiri's confidant, a man with the initials K, to be examined intensively.

"Seven people have arrived at the KPK red and white building. Furthermore, the parties who were arrested in the arrest activity will be subjected to further intensive examinations," said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo, in a statement to reporters, Saturday, November 9.

In yesterday's OTT, the KPK also secured evidence in the form of rupiah currency.

"In addition to securing 13 people in active arrests in Ponorogo, the team also secured a number of cash in rupiah currency," he said. It is known that the Regent of Ponorogo, Sugiri Sancoko, arrived at the Red and White House of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), Jakarta, on Saturday, November 8 morning, after being caught in a hand arrest operation (OTT) on Friday, November 7.

Sugiri was seen wearing a short-sleeved shirt wrapped in a black vest when he arrived at around 08.10 WIB. He covered his face with a white mask while showing an apology gesture.

Apart from Sugiri, a number of other parties were also seen arriving at the KPK building this morning. Among them are the Regional Secretary of Ponorogo Regency, the President Director of Ponorogo Hospital, the Head of the Secretariat Mutation Division, and three private parties.
