Case Files Declared Complete, Mecimapro Cases Will Soon Be Tried

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya ensures that the handling of cases related to cases of alleged embezzlement and fraud committed by music promoter Fransiska Dwi Melani (FDM) who serves as the project Director of PT Melani Citra Permata (Mecimapro) is declared complete. The Mecimapro boss will be tried.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Budi Hermanto, said that the case file for the embezzlement of investment funds from PT. National Inspiration Media (MIB) for the K-Pop concert had been declared complete or P21 by the Prosecutor's Office.

"Yes, thank God it's P21. Just waiting for stage two," he said in a statement, Thursday, November 6, 2025.

Budi said investigators from the Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya had prepared suspects and evidence to be transferred to the prosecutor's office.

"It is scheduled for Friday for the second stage," he concluded.

Previously, the DKI Jakarta High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) stated that the case file for embezzlement of investment funds from PT Media Inspiration Bangsa (MIB) for the complete Kpop TWICE music concert or P21.

Head of the Jakarta Attorney General's Office, Rans Fismy, said that his party was just waiting for the delegation of the second stage of the suspect Director of PT Melani Citra Permata (Mecimapro), Fransiska Dwi Melani (40) along with evidence by the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation of the Metro Jaya Police.

"It has been investigated and has been completed with P21," he said.

Furthermore, the alleged case of embezzling Twice concert funds was reported on the LP number LP/B/187/I/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA against the perpetrator Fransiska Dwi Melani.

He is strongly suspected of having committed fraud or fraudulent acts and or embezzlement, as referred to in Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code.

This case was initiated by the cooperation in holding the TWICE concert in Jakarta on December 23, 2023. The investment funds that have been distributed are allegedly not used properly.

Peaceful efforts have been passed but have not paid off sweetly. MIB sent a summons to demand a refund as well as cancel the financing agreement.

However, the summons did not receive a response from Mecimapro. MIB then reported the FDM to Polda Metro Jaya on January 10, 2025.

For the investigation process and investigators, the police have sufficient evidence to determine Melani as a suspect.

Investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya have conducted in-depth examinations of a number of witnesses, cooperation documents, and the flow of investment funds.
