JAKARTA - A boy was hit by a train at the Mangga Dua crossing gate, Pademangan, North Jakarta, last Tuesday, November 4.

Luckily, the victim's life managed to survive after getting quick help from members of the Pademangan Police who arrived at the location.

"Alhamdulillah, the victim quickly received help from our members in the field," said Pademangan Police Chief, Kompol Immanuel Sinaga when confirmed, Wednesday, November 5.

The evacuation of victims was carried out after reports from the public to the Mangga Dua Sub-Sector Police.

Then the Head of the Mangga Dua Sub-Sector Police, Aiptu Wirahardja and his members immediately responded to public reports and evacuated victims from the scene.

"The victim was then taken to the Pademangan Hospital for further medical treatment," he said.

Thanks to the alertness of the officers and the assistance of local residents, the handling took place quickly and the situation at the location was conducive again.
