JAKARTA - As a result of the incident, 20 students were rushed to the hospital after eating the MBG menu, SDN Meruya Selatan 01, Kembangan, West Jakarta, stopping the Free Nutrition Food (MBG) program for 10 days.
"So for the time being (MBG) has indeed been suspended for approximately 10 days," said Deputy Head of SDN Meruya Selatan 01, Nur Syamsiyah, Monday, November 3.
As previously known, as many as 20 students received medical treatment after eating the MBG menu produced by SPPG Meruya Selatan on Wednesday, October 29. However, Nur emphasized that his party could not confirm that the incident was poisoned by the MBG menu.
"From BGN (National Nutrition Agency), it is still in the process of being investigated. So until now we also cannot sentence it to poisoning or not, because we have not received the results," said Nur.
Previously, the Head of SDN Meruya Selatan 01, Siti Sofyatun, said that the incident occurred on the third day of his school receiving MBG, precisely on Wednesday, October 29.
"That was Wednesday, the third day we got MBG, there were 20 students (who were poisoned)," said Siti, Saturday, November 1.
Indications of poisoning can be seen when 20 children show symptoms of nausea and dizziness after eating the MBG menu consisting of noodles, soy sauce eggs, Clarity and several other menus.

"Seven children were taken to the hospital, because at that time the Kembangan Health Center was full. So finally we were advised to go to the Kembangan Hospital. At school, the 13 children were treated by doctors. That means it's not too bad," said Siti.
Siti suspects that the part of the menu that causes poisoning is noodles.
"Until now, the lab results haven't come out yet. But the suspicion is, if you don't have noodles, that's why it smells a bit bad. Some of it, so not all of it. So when I kissed, I was given a sample of two, yes, one smells good, one smells a little bad. The children have been reminded not to eat, but yes, the names are children," said Siti.
Fortunately, the dozens of students were confirmed safe and had returned to their activities after receiving treatment. They had returned to school the next day.
"It's very safe. Even after the incident the next day they all went in immediately. So I have confirmed it, have called them (the students' parents), chatted with the children as well, with their parents as well. It's safe, there's no problem at school," said Siti.
