Komnas PA Disbursed Chronology Of His Father Of Kandung Cabuli's Daughter In Jakut

JAKARTA - The case of sexual abuse allegedly committed by T against his daughter with the initials E, has been carried out since the victim was 8 years old.

T was carried out in a number of rented houses where he lived in North Jakarta and West Jakarta for years.

The action was only revealed after the victim's brother reported the incident to the Instagram account of one of the social activists @Pratiwi Novianthi and then continued to Komnas PA.

"Initially he (the victim) told her sister that he had intercourse with his father, and his biological father. Then from his brother then contacted Ms. Novi's Instagram initially, then from Ms. Novi then reported to Komnas," said Deputy Chairperson of the National Commission for Child Protection, Lia Latifah when confirmed by VOI, Monday, November 3, 2025.

Knowing the report, Komnas PA then went to the victim's place to check and ask for information from the victim.

"One month ago, we came. I from Komnas came to the victim's place to meet and ask about the incident. The victim said that since he was 8 years old, he had indeed been sexually assaulted by his biological father," he said.

The victim admitted that she had told her father's lecherous act to her biological mother, but the mother at that time did not heed her.

"This child once told her mother, but her own mother did not believe that her husband had sex with her child. Finally, because her mother didn't believe it, she told her sister earlier. She continued that it was her sister who told her mother," said Lia.

In addition, the victim continued to tell Komnas PA the perpetrator's lecherous act. The victim admitted that she often got indecent things from her own biological father.

"(The perpetrator) he was rented out. So the previous rented house was in the North Jakarta area. After that he moved to West Jakarta. So from a rented house in North Jakarta he was sexually assaulted, in a rented house in West Jakarta he was also sexually assaulted," he said.

After hearing the sad story from the victim, Komnas PA then took firm steps by bringing the victim to a safe house.

"Until finally Komnas accompanied the victim to make a report. Because the place where it happened was in two places in North Jakarta and West Jakarta, then from West Jakarta we were transferred to make a report at Polda Metro Jaya," he explained.

After making a report on the same day, the victim was then made a post-mortem. According to Lia, on Friday last week, the results of the victim's post-mortem were out.

"Then we were contacted by investigators from Polda Metro Jaya to be able to arrest the perpetrator and we leave it today to Polda Metro Jaya the perpetrator of his biological father," he said.

Previously, it was reported that a biological father with the initials T had the heart to commit acts of sexual abuse against his daughter which had been carried out for years. In fact, the incident was carried out by perpetrators in a number of different areas.
