JAKARTA - A biological father with the initials T committed acts of sexual abuse against his daughter who had been carried out for years in a number of different areas.

In the Police Report letter: LP/B/6965/IX/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA dated September 30, 2025, the perpetrator with the initials T carried out the action from 2017 to 2021.

"The reported intercourse with the victim which resulted in the victim experiencing genital pain," wrote a statement in a report letter received by VOI, Monday, November 3, 2025.

In a written report, T carried out in the Kapuk Muara area, Penjaringan District, North Jakarta. T also carried out his depraved act at Kapuk Tanggul Barat, Cengkareng, West Jakarta.

"Sebanyak 6 kali (lakukan perbuatan) sejak tahun 2017 hingga Tahun 2021," tulisnya.

For this incident, the victim's uncle with the initials UW reported T to the SPKT Polda Metro Jaya so that the perpetrators were further processed.

Until finally T was successfully secured and handed over to Polda Metro Jaya on Monday, November 3, 2025.

When interrogated, T admitted his actions. This action was carried out against his biological daughter when he bathed his child.

"That's just it, it's held, touching. That's all I feel like that, just holding it. Just like that. Just holding it, to be honest," I was the perpetrator in the video recording received by VOI.

For his actions, perpetrator T is threatened with being charged with a criminal act of Child Protection Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection as referred to in Article 76D of Law 35/2014 Juncto Article 81 and Or Article 76E Juncto Article 82.
