Middle School Student Motorized To Hit A Middle-aged Woman While Spinning Looking For A Fight Against A Brawl In Koja

The Koja Police have handed over a junior high school student with the initials MST (14) who was arrested for grazing a middle-aged woman while looking for a brawl opponent in the Lagoa area, Koja District, North Jakarta.

"So the children who were arrested yesterday happened to be driving a motorized vehicle and had grazed them or they would hit them," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Koja Police, AKP Fernando to reporters.

The junior high school first grade student was handed over directly by the Criminal Investigation Unit AKP Fernando to the parents of the perpetrator and the school at the Koja Police Headquarters on Monday, October 27, 2025, afternoon.

"We return the child to his parents, then inform the school so that the school can be more vigilant," he said.

MST and H (13) were arrested by residents to the Koja Police. After hitting a middle-aged woman, both of them were also caught carrying a crossbar (iron ruler).

After being interrogated by residents, MST and H admitted that they had turned around to find opponents of the brawl.

"According to their confession, they were together in a circle but had not had time to do a brawl. At the time of security there was indeed a ruler," he said.

Although MST was returned to his parents for guidance, the Police continued to carry out monitoring and coaching efforts. Meanwhile, H will also be controlled to his parents.

"We continue to make efforts to foster, appeal, prevent brawls and other forms of violence. Moreover, children who are still in school," he said.

Kanit appealed to parents of students who in particular still have children to go to school to be more vigilant and supervise their sons and daughters in outside the home environment.

"Especially after school hours to be careful in socializing in carrying out activities. Do not lead to brawls or violence against other children," he said.
