Jabodetabek Enters The Rain Zone, BMKG: Beware Of Lightning And Strong Winds

JAKARTA The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that the weather in the Jabodetabek area on Monday, October 27, will be dominated by cloudy conditions with the potential for light to heavy rain. The public is asked to be aware of rain that has the potential to be accompanied by lightning and strong winds.

In the morning, cloudy to thick cloudy weather has the potential to trigger light to heavy rain in parts of Jakarta, City and Regency of Bogor, as well as Depok City.

Entering the afternoon to evening, light rain is expected to occur in parts of North Jakarta, East Jakarta, Central Jakarta, Regency and Bekasi City. Light to moderate rain is likely to fall in West Jakarta, South Jakarta, South Tangerang City, Tangerang Regency and City, as well as Depok City. Meanwhile, Regencies and Bogor City have the potential to experience moderate to heavy rain.

At night, light rain has the potential to occur in parts of North Jakarta, East Jakarta, Bekasi Regency, and Bogor Regency.

The temperature is estimated to be around 1932 degrees Celsius, with Bogor recording its lowest temperature. The high humidity is in the range of 8098 percent, with the wind blowing from east to south at a speed of 515 km/hour.
