Get Restu From Prabowo, Bahlil Raises 100 Percent Value Tukin ASN Ministry Of Energy And Mineral Resources

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia raised the performance allowance (tukin) of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources by 100 percent based on the blessing of President Prabowo Subianto.

"He (President Prabowo Subianto) conveyed his respects, but on the other hand said the state asked all state officials in the ESDM to give their best contribution in order to build the nation and state," said Bahlil at the Mining and Energy Anniversary Ceremony which was held at the National Monument (Monas), quoted by Antara, Saturday, October 25.

Prabowo made this statement to Bahlil before agreeing to increase the allowance for ASN welfare within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

In his message, Bahlil conveyed that Prabowo wanted to abolish old practices, old ways in the field in granting permits.

"Especially to the director-general who gave permission. If I know, if there are reports (of deviant practices), I do not hesitate to lay off you," he asserted.

Bahlil also said that all agencies and directorate generals within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources are important, both from the Directorate General of Mineral and Coal (Minerba), oil and gas (Migas), the Geological Agency, to the Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDM).

Therefore, with the increase in tukin up to 100 percent, Bahlil asked all employees at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources to work optimally.

"I ask for this commitment, this is a directive from the President. For officials who are still playing games, please try my guts. I will put it home. There are still many young people who we have to appoint," said Bahlil.

Currently, the rules regarding the amount of tukin Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources are contained in Presidential Regulation (PP) Number 94 of 2018 concerning Employee Performance Allowances within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

The amount of allowance is divided into 17 classes of positions, with a range of allowances for the 1st position class of Rp2,531,250 and a 17th position class of Rp33,240,000.

Then, based on Article 6 paragraph (1) PP 94/2018, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources was given a performance allowance of 150 percent of the highest performance allowance within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.
