Kaltara Police Chief Encourages Personnel To Continue To Improve And Serve, 26 Personnel Pass PAG And SBP 2025 Selection

TANJUNG CELLOR Dozens of personnel attended the Final Session of the Integrated Education Selection for Groups (PAG) from the NCO to the Police Officers and Officers School (SBP) from Tamtama to the NCO for the 2025 Fiscal Year.

From the results of the trial, 26 PAG selection participants were declared to have graduated from a total of 50 participants who took part in the selection. They will continue leadership education at the officer level.

Kaltara Police Chief Inspector General Djati Wiyoto Century said this trial was an important momentum for Polri personnel in the northernmost region of Indonesia to pursue a new career path through a rigorous and transparent selection process.

For the National Police NCO (SBP) School from Tamtama to the NCO, as many as 23 participants participated in the selection, consisting of 21 Brimob personnel and 2 from Polair.

Of these, 22 people were declared eligible (MS), while 1 participant from Polair was declared ineligible (TMS).

The Kaltara Police Chief emphasized that the selection was carried out objectively and openly, without room for intervention. According to him, this process is part of the National Police's commitment to build superior human resources that are ready to be at the forefront of community services.

The National Police continues to improve. We want to produce personnel who are not only physically resilient, but also with strong character and high integrity. They are the faces of the future police," he said.

He also gave a message to participants who had not succeeded in making this selection experience a motivation to continue the process.

"There is no failure in vain. As long as you stick to the values of service and hard work, opportunities will always come," he said.

Inspector General Djati explained that the final trial of the PAG and SBP 2025 selection was clear evidence of the seriousness of the North Kalimantan Police in maintaining the personnel's career development system in a transparent, professional, accountable manner and in line with the spirit of the Precision Police.

"We want every member of the National Police in Kaltara to have a spirit of learning without stopping and determination to serve with heart. That is a form of true devotion," he concluded.
