KPK Finds Out Basic Prices For Distribution Of Social Assistance Submitted To Rudy Tanoe's Company

JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the prices proposed by sub-contractor companies to PT Dosni Roha Indonesia, Tbk or DNR Corporation Group in the social assistance transportation project (bansos).

KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo said this process was to investigate allegations of corruption related to the distribution of rice social assistance for beneficiary families (KPM) in the Family Hope Program (PKH) for Fiscal Year 2020.

Three people have been examined, namely the Hebrew Fraetzal as Planner Officer of PT Dosni Roha Logistik; Gandi Krisyan Gosal as Director of PT Lestari Jaya Raya; and Andri Mulyono as President Commissioner of PT Yasa Artha Trimanunggal.

"All witnesses were present and investigators studied the basic prices for distributing the rice social assistance they conveyed to PT DNR," Budi told reporters in a written statement, Thursday, October 24.

Budi has not yet specified the basic price submitted to the company of one of the suspects in this case, Bambang Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo or Rudy Tanoe.

Meanwhile, Dosni Roha Group, called the KPK, can distribute rice assistance to 5 million beneficiary families in 15 provinces. The process is carried out from September to November 2020.

Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at the Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos). An investigation warrant (sprindik) has been issued and the case relates to the strengthening of social assistance (bansos).

The investigation was carried out since August this year and the development of the allegations previously handled.

Three people have been named as suspects in this case, they are B. Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo as President Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Logistik; Edy Suharto as former Director General of Social Empowerment of the Ministry of Social Affairs and now serves as expert staff of the Minister of Social Affairs for Change and Social Dynamics and Kanisius Jerry Tengker who is the President Director of PT Dosni Roha Logistics for 2020-2022.

Then, the KPK also named two corporate suspects, namely PT Dosni Roha Indonesia and PT Dosni Roha Logistics. However, the official announcement of the suspects has not yet been made.
