Russia's Murka Drone Ukraine Kills Journalists Covering War Zone

JAKARTA - Russia is demanding the United Nations (UN) to condemn the Ukrainian drone attack that killed a journalist covering armed conflict from the war zone.

Spokesperson for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, is pressing for comprehensive steps to prevent the same thing in the future.

"We will try our best so that international institutions provide a proper legal assessment of this intentional murder and other Kiev junta crimes against civilians," Zakharova told Tass, Friday, October 17.

Zakharova stressed that relevant international organizations must act immediately to denounce the Ukrainian attack killing the Russian war journalist named Ivan Zuyev.

"Those responsible for the death of the Russian journalist will be identified and will definitely be punished," he stressed.

He invited multilateral institutions, especially UNESCO Director-General, OSCE representatives for media freedom, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Turk, and other transnational human rights organizations, to fulfill their obligations to immediately condemn the latest crimes of the Kiev regime.

Including, he continued, taking comprehensive steps to prevent the same thing in the future.
