Police Make Sure The Perpetrators Of The Murder Of Elementary School Students In Cilincing Are Aware

JAKARTA - MR (16), a suspect in the murder case of an 11-year-old elementary school boy in the Cilincing area, North Jakarta, turned out to have carried out his cruel actions with full awareness.

This was revealed from the results of the BAP examination conducted by the North Jakarta Metro Police Satreskrim.

"Yes (at the time of the incident the perpetrator was conscious). We did not test the perpetrators urine because during the examination he could answer smoothly," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the North Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Onkoseno Gradiarso Sukahar to reporters, Friday, October 17, 2025.

In addition, the motive for the perpetrator had the heart to kill the victim and commit indecent acts because MR had a debt to the victim's mother VI (11).

"Perpetrators who have debts, for their daily needs. We are still investigating the nominal," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the mother of the boy with the initials VI (11), a murder victim in the Cilincing area, North Jakarta, reportedly died on Thursday, October 16, 2025.

North Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Erick Frendriz confirmed the information.

"For the latest information we got that the victim's mother died in Indramayu, we are still confirming this," said Kombes Erick at the Metro Jaya Police Headquarters, Thursday, October 16, 2025.

The police will confirm that there is information regarding the condition of the victim VI's biological mother, who was previously sick when the heinous murder occurred.

"If there is (the mother of the victim who died), we certainly share our deepest condolences. We are committed to resolving this problem until it is resolved, completed," he said.
