"Third, that the Indonesian Ministry of Religion must evaluate within the ministry itself, especially (the one in charge of) Hajj and umrah. In order to be wiser in solving problems related to problematic sharia or sharia related to the pilgrimage in 2026," he said.
He also asked the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to thoroughly investigate the tender process at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which is suspected to still have problems with Hajj sharia.
