Pramono Jokes When Filling In Events In West Java: If Persija Champions, I Will Not Wear Oblong T-shirts

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung attended a public lecture at Padjadjaran University (Unpad), West Java, today. In the event, Pramono talked about his support for Persija Jakarta football club.

According to him, Persija and Persib Bandung were seen by many as rivals for a long time. If in the future Persija could hold the league title, Pramono joked that he did not want to celebrate wearing an oblong shirt.

"Even though Persija and Maung Bandung Persib Bandung always compete. But if I were Persija champions I wouldn't wear t-shirts," Pramono said with a laugh, Friday, September 26.

When linked, the momentum of the celebration using the T-shirt was carried out by the Governor of West Java, Dedi Mulyadi. When Persib Bandung won Liga 1 2024-2025, Dedi Mulyadi took to the streets to follow the convoy and took off the jersey and left a white singlet while flying the Persib flag.

Pramono revealed that the DKI Provincial Government has made Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) the headquarters of Persija.

The DKI Provincial Government is also building a bridge from JIS to the Ancol area to facilitate parking access for stadium visitors, as well as other facilities to increase.

"If Ancol and JIS are connected, 300 meters behind, then all the parking is not at JIS, all the parking is in Ancol. Ancol wants 10 thousand cars to be accommodated," said Pramono.

"Even on the third floor of JIS I asked for the jogging track to be opened. Now everyone in North Jakarta, West Jakarta, East Jakarta, don't have to come all the way to GBK, they can use JIS," he continued.
