JAKARTA - Two Israelis were killed in a terror attack at the Allenby intersection, the only entry point for Palestinians from the Israeli-occupied West Bank to Jordan.
Israeli ambulance services said the two men died from injuries, while the shooter was killed in the hands of security forces.
The Israeli military said it killed a "terrorist" at the scene who came in a truck carrying humanitarian aid from Jordan and opened fire.
A spokesman for the Jordanian government said authorities were following up on the incident.
No group has yet claimed responsibility. Earlier this month, Palestinian militant group Hamas claimed responsibility for the shooting on the outskirts of Jerusalem that killed six people.
