Bali Basarnas confirmed that one identity of the victim died due to a large flood found in the Tirta Ganga DAM river on Jalan Kertanegara, Ubung Kaja, on Monday, September 15.
Head of Operations and SAR Preparedness of the Bali Basarnas Office I Wayan Juni Antara in a statement received in Denpasar, Tuesday, said that after being identified on Monday afternoon, it was confirmed that the victim was Amin Suwandi.

Finally, the joint SAR team that was conducting a search at Ubung and Kumbasari Market shifted to the point where the body was found.
"It is true that the body of a man who had rotted without wearing clothes and was difficult to identify, so the body was evacuated to Prof. Ngoerah Hospital using a Bali BPBD ambulance at around 09.50 WITA," he said.

Furthermore, at 10:55 WITA, information was received again on the discovery of the body in the waters of Cemanggi, after the SRU 1 shifted to checking by combing the waters but no bodies were found.
"In the afternoon, we also received reports of suspicions from a pungent odor in the Taman Pancing area, after we checked the location until the evening, no casualties were found," said Wayan Juni.
