JAKARTA - A man who stabbed a teacher and a student at a horticultural school in the city of Antibes, southern France, was arrested by the police.
"The striker has been arrested, he is no longer a threat," a police spokesman said.
Police said the attacker was a former student at the school but was unable to provide direct details of the motive.
