Demo At The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights, Hundreds Of Masses Of The Berkarya Party Demand The Minister To Pass The Results Of The National Conference

JAKARTA - Hundreds of people who are members of the Berkarya Party held a demonstration in front of the Ministry of Law, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Tuesday, September 2. They demanded that the Minister of Law Supratman Andi Agtas immediately ratify the results of the First National Conference of the Berkarya Party which had been held.

This peaceful action was led by the Chairman of the South Sulawesi Berkarya Party DPW, Muh. Arham. He emphasized that their arrival was to remind the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to immediately follow up on the results of the National Conference which took place in Tangerang, Banten, on 14-16 July 2025.

"The first thing we conveyed, we are the chair forum from the DPW Berkarya Party throughout Indonesia from Sabang to Merauke. We were 14-16 ago, the first National Conference was held in Tangerang. And this has been known to the public," said Arham.

Arham felt ironic because they had taken all the procedures. However, the results of the National Conference have not been ratified.

"We have done all the procedures. The first has been registered online, because that is a provision from the law. After that we sent the hardcopy, it was not followed up. What is it?" he asked.

He added that his party had also tried to write to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for an audience, but there was no response. In fact, when meeting with the Minister of Law, Supratman Andi Agtas, a meeting was promised on the 22. However, to this day, the meeting was not realized.

"We have written, then we have also met the Minister, it is still not followed up. The question is what is going on with this Minister? In fact, Berkarya is a political party that supports the policies and all programs of the President," said Arham.

Furthermore, Arham conveyed a firm message to Supratman. He asked the minister to return "to the right path" by carrying out his duties according to regulations. Otherwise, he did not hesitate to ask the President to reshuffle the cabinet.

"We want to remind the Minister, so that he returns to the right path. What is wrong with this Minister? If he cannot be guided by the laws and regulations, he cannot be guided by the basic party household budget, yes it is better, Mr. President reshuffle," said Arham.

Arham is worried that the alleged maladministration carried out by one minister will damage the good image of the President in the eyes of the public. "Do not let the actions of this one person that is not true, sir, who is suspected of having committed maladministration, damage the image of the President who is already good in the eyes of the public," he added.

The main purpose of this action, according to Arham, is for the Ministry of Law and Human Rights to immediately ratify the results of the Berkarya Party's National Conference I which was attended by all DPWs and DPDs from all over Indonesia. He claimed that the National Conference was conducive and without intervention.

"The target is that we ask the Minister of Law to ratify the results of the National Conference I of the Berkarya Party which was carried out in Tangerang on July 14-16, 2025," he explained.

Delivering the last message to the Minister of Law, Arham asked the minister to uphold the constitution and his oath of office.

"The constitution is high, Mr. Minister. The oath is high. Because the oath is not only held accountable in the world, sir, but in the hereafter," he said.

In closing, he ensured that all Berkarya Party cadres remained solid.

"We are solid. We support Prabowo. We support all Prabowo programs and support the policies of the government of the Republic of Indonesia under the leadership of Mr. President Prabowo," he concluded.
