JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) suspects that Bobby Rasyidin, who is currently the President Director of PT KAI (Persero), knows the process of digitizing Pertamina gas stations, which ends up being corrupted.
This was conveyed by the Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK Asep Guntur Rahayu regarding the examination of Bobby Rasyidin as a witness on Thursday, August 28 yesterday.
Meanwhile, Bobby was examined in his capacity as the President Director of PT LEN Industri for the period 2020-2025.
"Regarding what problem? Yes, of course the person concerned at that time was the Head of LEN. Well, that's because digitalization is related to electronic problems and others, yes, related to this problem, the technology is there," Asep told reporters quoted on Friday, August 29.
Furthermore, Asep said, the corruption case of digitizing Pertamina gas stations will soon be resolved and enter a new chapter. They are just waiting for the calculation of state losses in detail by the Indonesian Supreme Audit Agency (BPK).
"In the final stage, we are working with BPK RI to calculate the financial losses of the country. So these witnesses were asked to be confirmed by the BPK regarding this," he said.
Bobby should have been questioned on Thursday, August 14. However, he asked for a reschedule from the anti-corruption commission investigators.
Previously reported, the KPK is again investigating allegations of corruption at PT Pertamina (Persero). This time, the connection with the digitization project of public refueling stations (SPBU) allegedly occurred in 2019-2023.
To investigate this case, the KPK has issued an investigation warrant (sprindik) in September 2024. Three suspects have been named but have not been officially announced.
From the information gathered, the three suspects are DR and W from PT Telkom and Elvizar as Director of PT Pacific Cipta Solusi.

The three suspects are suspected of causing losses to the state. This is because it is suspected that there was too much to pay for in the project which began when Pertamina imposed a policy of using the quick response (QR) code for customers who bought subsidized fuel oil (BBM).
